HOW TO GET A MEDICAL CERTIFICATE?
In case of illness, the student is obliged to submit the medical documentation to the faculty doctor at the e-mail address marija.posavec@stampar.hr and in the copy of the e-mail (CC) put the e-mail address of the Department of Physical Education and Health fsb.ktzk@gmail.com . All medical certificates that have not been obtained by this procedure will not be recognized! Medical certificates of other general practitioners are not recognized . If you have any ambiguities, contact us as soon as possible for a consultation or e-mail address fsb.ktzk@gmail.com , do not wait until the end of the semester!
Medical certificates, as well as partial / complete exemptions from the teaching of physical education and health, according to the statute of the faculty, are recognized ONLY those issued by the competent physician of the faculty.
