ROWING REGATTA OF THE FACULTY OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING AND SHIPBUILDING
About the regatta
The rowing meeting of eight students of mechanical engineering and shipbuilding in Croatia is an academic sports event that seeks to encourage and promote rowing as an academic sport. The meeting is organized by the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture, University of Zagreb, organized by the Rowing Federation of the City of Zagreb and HAVK Mladost at the Jarun race track. The meeting is held annually, according to the rowing calendar of the competition.
The regatta itself has been held since 1993 and is also the oldest student regatta in Croatia. The 28th regatta is behind us and we continue the tradition with great pride. Regatta for FSB students
The rowing regatta is mandatory for all students who have enrolled in TZK 1 (first or second time) . The regatta is a condition for fulfilling obligations and does not carry points. All those who were not at the Rowing Regatta will not be able to meet the conditions for signing.
Regatta in the academic year 2021/2022 will be held on Saturday 6.11. starting at 11.30 am at the rowing grandstand on Lake Jarun.
