The Omega Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture was founded in 2007 with the aim of gathering athletes at the Faculty and competing in the University Sports system. The main projects of the association are the Rowing Meeting of Eights, which is held every year at the beginning of the academic year. In addition, the association is a member of the Zagreb University Sports Association and actively participates in its work. Any student of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture who wants to see the progress of sports at the Faculty and the University can become a member of the association.
